HumiTrac: Relative Humidity and Temperature Transmitter

HumiTrac™, GE's next generation relative humidity and temperature transmitter designed to serve the building automation/HVAC market, as well as a wide variety of general purpose relative humidity monitoring applications.

All models incorporate a NIST traceable, field-replaceable sensor tip, a rugged capacitive sensing element capable of full-scale 0 to 100% RH measurement and a host of field configurable output options.

HumiTracTM features a NIST traceable, field-replaceable sensor tip module that allows the end user to replace the sensor on-site and maintain ±2% RH accuracy and NIST traceability. This virtually eliminates the need for time consuming and costly factory calibration, while reducing downtime during service intervals to near zero. HumiTrac is designed to be highly configurable in the field - by minimizing the necessary number of orderable configurations,

GE reduces distributor inventory costs and provides maximum flexibility to the installer. All versions feature field-selectable outputs (0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA) and passive temperature versions incorporate both a 3K and 10K O thermistors. Signal-conditioned temperature versions are available scaled from 0 to 50°C or -40 to 60°C. HumiTrac is available in humidity accuracies of ±2%, ±3% or ±5%, and offered in wall mount, duct mount and outdoor air configurations.
